Specialties: In my lessons I focus mostly on the genres of rock, metal, funk, progressive jazz, fusion, etc... yet with the addition of classical elements of theory and notation.
Credentials: I have been teaching drum lessons for about 8 years now and I'm currently working at San Jose Pro Drum. I teach both in San Jose and Santa Cruz, at my studio located in Aptos. I've also been touring internationally in bands for the past few years and I studied percussion at San Jose State and Humboldt State University. I also studied with Bill Ray, drummer for Ike Turner (rip) for many years.
